2. Services

Vertazon provides web development, mobile app development, SEO optimization, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested
• Provide timely feedback and approvals during the project
• Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide
• Pay invoices according to the agreed payment terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project. We may also showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before commencing work, with remaining payments due upon completion of milestones. Late payments may result in project suspension or additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information you share with us during the course of our engagement. We expect the same confidentiality regarding our internal processes, pricing, and methodologies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertazon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project delivery during which we will fix any bugs or issues at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover changes in requirements, new feature requests, or issues caused by third-party services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed to date. We will provide all completed deliverables and any work in progress upon receipt of payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
